Just as the seventh century Mayan prophesized a reawakening for the year 2012; Nicola’s set of musically diverse suites, creates a sort of internal-awakening, heightening one’s senses and self-reflective consciousness

2012 is prophesized as a return to the sacred domain of our inner technology, this masterpiece will start the process!

The writing of the four suites for “Earth Games 2012” began in 2005 (’suite’ being a numerous series of tunes differing in rhythm, tempo and overall in style). …four suites that became a virtual journey through time and space; a sort of ‘natural’ evolutionary journey, conjuring up imagery and reflection of current, past and future generations, reminding us to ‘stop’: and listen to the music. The synergy of the world-class musicianship and the mix of musical genres leading the musical journey of course...

...first vision, past prophecies… Known as time’s special witness, 7th century Mayan prophet Pacal Votan left a universal message for future generations of an evolving Earth. He proclaimed that if humanity wishes to save itself from destruction, it must return to living in a natural time. He foretold of the accelerated technological society, and the resulting damage of our collective divergence from Natural Law in exchange for materialist values.
